REGISTRATION OPEN FOR EMPOWER MONTANA ADVANCED LEADERSHIP TRAINING ON FLATHEAD RESERVATION
This fall, Empower Montana (formerly NCBI Missoula) will be hosting Advanced Leadership Trainings on the Flathead Reservation. The training will be held October 13th &14th from 9am to 4pm (each day) at the Mission Valley United Methodist Church (70715 Hwy 93).
The Advanced Leadership Training is an intensive two-day workshop that teaches participants skills necessary for providing influential leadership in ending discrimination, reducing inter¬group conflict, and building inclusive communities and organizations. Through interactive, experiential activities, large and small group dialogue, and opportunities to develop and practice new skills, participants learn how to lead Empower Montana’s Building Inclusive Communities Training that can be tailored to businesses, organizations, and schools. This training is an excellent personal and professional development opportunity as well as being the first step in becoming an official Empower Montana volunteer trainer.
Here are some quotes from a recent Advanced Leadership Training:
“I appreciate all the fabulous work you are doing in the community. The interactive nature of your work is great!”
“I appreciate the opportunity to express open, honest diolog.”
Empower Montana is still accepting registrations for the Flathead Reservation training. More information and online registration can be found at https://www.empowermt.org/advancedleadershiptraining2017/
