
Dismantling Hate: Building Skills for an Inclusive Community
The Montana Racial Equity Project and EmpowerMT are pleased to present Dismantling Hate: Building Skills for an Inclusive Community again, this time to the Missoula community!
Workshop Details:
Date: Saturday, December 2nd
Time: 9am to 3pm
Location: C’Mon Inn – Missoula (2775 Expo Pkwy, Missoula, MT 59808)
Cost: $80 (Scholarships Available)
This workshop will enable you to develop skills and strategies to dismantle hatred towards historically disenfranchised, marginalized, and oppressed persons. You will gain awareness of key definitions and history and also develop the ability and equanimity to recognize and deal with racism, bigotry and prejudice whenever encountered.
Class size will be limited to 25 persons, the cost will be $80 per person though a limited number of scholarships will be available. Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided. We ask you to bring your lunch which helps us to keep the cost down.
This venue is handicapped accessible for those with mobility impairments.
